Once Upon a Time is Ellie De la Fuente’s final LP, released in 2023 under Zingerman & Zingerman Music. The album features collaborations with Artist Zingerman on five tracks, including his first vocal duet with Ellie.

 

Phillip Vonesh and Andrea Dibitonto join her on “So Far Away,” recorded in Toronto, Canada.

 

The record includes two distinctive covers: “Bésame Mucho” by Consuelo Velázquez and “Il Ne Me Reste Plus,” a French adaptation of Selena’s “No Me Queda Más.”

 

Highlight singles “Pop!,” “Am Pm,” and “Gracias” showcase Ellie’s career peaks, while the jazz instrumental “Todo lo que siento por ti” offers a brief yet memorable interlude.
