HIDK is the groundbreaking debut album of Zingerman, released in 2016 and produced by Allison Salazar. Recorded at Z&ZM Studios—the very first project to emerge from the label Zingerman & Zingerman Music—the album established Zingerman’s artistic identity through a bold fusion of avant‑garde experimentation and progressive rock influences.

With its mystical atmosphere and exploratory spirit, HIDK set the tone for the creative path that would define his career.

The record features standout tracks such as the instrumental “Paso a Paso,” the ethereal “We Dreamed Each Other,” the visionary “Genesis 2111,” and the enigmatic “El Susurro en el Nagual.”

Each piece reflects a commitment to pushing boundaries, blending unconventional structures with spiritual and philosophical undertones. The album’s soundscape moves between hypnotic instrumentals and complex progressive arrangements, creating a listening experience that feels both otherworldly and deeply introspective.

As Zingerman’s first full‑length work, HIDK is more than a collection of songs—it is a statement of intent. It captures the essence of experimentation, mysticism, and narrative exploration, positioning Zingerman as a distinctive voice in avant‑garde and progressive rock.

The collaboration with Allison Salazar ensured a production that balanced raw creativity with technical precision, making HIDK a cornerstone in the catalog of Z&ZM Music and a defining moment in Zingerman’s artistic journey.
